• Account information, such as Google account ID, name, email address, and user alias when you sign in.
• Gameplay information, such as answers, accuracy, XP, Brain Score, streaks, rankings, selected modes, and challenge results.
• Group and tournament activity, such as memberships, join requests, ownership actions, and tournament participation.
• Feedback you submit, including message content, category, reference ID, and contact email.
• Basic technical data needed to operate and secure the service, such as request timestamps, IP-based rate-limit data, device/app context, and security logs.

Arithmix is intended to be child-friendly and suitable for mental training practice. We do not knowingly collect more personal information from children than is necessary to operate the app, save progress, prevent cheating, and keep the service secure.

If a child uses Arithmix, a parent or guardian should review this policy and supervise account creation where required by local law. Parents or guardians may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of a child's personal information.

• To create and secure user accounts.
• To calculate XP, Brain Score, streaks, ranks, group standings, and challenge results.
• To prevent cheating, replay attacks, leaderboard tampering, spam, and abuse.
• To provide groups, tournaments, quests, feedback handling, and support features.
• To improve app reliability, performance, safety, and user experience.
• To comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and security obligations.

Arithmix may display ads in the app. If ads are enabled, we may use Google AdMob or Google advertising services. Google may collect and process information such as device identifiers, ad identifiers, approximate location, app interactions, and diagnostics to provide, measure, and improve ads.

Where required, we will request consent for personalized advertising. If a user is identified as a child or if child-directed treatment is required, ads should be configured to comply with Google Play, AdMob, and applicable children's privacy rules.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate Arithmix, including:

• Google Sign-In for authentication.
• MongoDB Atlas for database hosting.
• Vercel for website and API hosting.
• Google Play and Google AdMob services where applicable.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect users, our service, or others from fraud, abuse, or security threats.

Arithmix uses server-authoritative scoring, secure authentication, access controls, rate limiting, anti-cheat checks, and encrypted transport where supported. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect user information from unauthorized access, misuse, and tampering.

We keep account, gameplay, leaderboard, group, and security records for as long as needed to provide the service, enforce fair play, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal or operational requirements. Some logs or session records may be retained for limited periods and then deleted or aggregated.

Users may update their alias in the app. To request account deletion, data deletion, or correction of personal information, contact us using the email below. We may need to verify the request before making changes.

You may also manage Google account permissions through your Google account settings and manage Android app permissions through your device settings.

Arithmix may process information in countries where our hosting, database, analytics, authentication, or advertising providers operate. By using Arithmix, you understand that information may be processed outside your country of residence.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the app or on the website.
